Privacy Policy

What Blue Arcs collects through this website and its contact form, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Contents

01Who we are

This website, bluearcs.io, is run by Bluearcs LLC, trading as Blue Arcs (“we,” “us”). Bluearcs LLC decides how the personal data described here is used, which makes it the controller of that data.

Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, US.

For anything about your data, email info@bluearcs.io.

02What this policy covers

It covers this website, its contact form and the emails you send to info@bluearcs.io.

It does not cover work we do for clients, which runs under a separate written agreement. It also does not cover the websites and platforms of other companies, such as Meta. They have their own policies.

03What we collect

  • What you send us. Your name and email address, your website or social link and your next launch date (if you add them), what you sell, your message, and the fact that you checked the consent box. The same goes for anything you write to us by email.
  • Technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider processes standard server data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. It needs this to deliver the site and keep it secure. When you send the form, our server also holds your IP address in memory for a short time to limit repeated sends. It is not logged or written to disk.
  • No analytics and no tracking. This site does not use analytics, advertising pixels (the Meta Pixel included), session recording or fingerprinting.

04Why we use it and our legal basis

  • To read your message, reply to it and have the conversation you asked for. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@bluearcs.io. Where you ask about working with us, we also rely on taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
  • To keep the site running and secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in a safe website.

We do not use your details for marketing, and that includes advertising audiences on Meta or any other platform. We do not sell them, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

05Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets no cookies and uses no similar technologies to track you. Fonts and images come from our own domain, so loading a page sends no requests to third parties.

If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

06Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers that run the site and deliver messages, under their data processing terms. They act on our instructions:

  • Vercel. Our hosting provider. It serves the site and processes the technical data described above.
  • Resend. Our email delivery provider. It passes each message from the contact form to our inbox.
  • Our email provider. It hosts the info@bluearcs.io inbox where your message and our replies live.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

07International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the country where you live, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, those transfers rely on recognized safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

08How long we keep it

The website stores nothing you send. It passes your message to our inbox and keeps no copy. Messages and the emails that follow stay in our inbox while the conversation is useful, and we delete them when it no longer is, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Our email delivery provider keeps a copy of each message it passes on, and our hosting provider keeps server logs, each for a limited period under their retention settings.

09Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct it if it is wrong.
  • Delete it.
  • Restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it.
  • Send it to you or to someone else in a portable format.
  • Stop using it where we rely on your consent.

To make a request, email info@bluearcs.io. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

10How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS only. Access to our inbox is limited to the people who need it to answer you, and our providers commit to protecting the data they process for us.

No system is completely secure. Keep anything confidential out of your first message, and never send passwords, ad account logins or payment details through the form.

11Children

This site is meant for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

12Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page and flag significant changes there.

13Contact and complaints

Questions or requests: info@bluearcs.io.

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or where you think a problem occurred.
